We recently went on a cruise and I got some small round magnetic motion sensors. Takes AAA batteries and there's no on/off. That and they didn't have the option to 'ignore' light and go off with just motion (which is needed of you're putting them close together like side by side or in a closet).I stuck 1 up under the sink and above the cat food and immediately my mind went where else can I put these. But didn't want to buy tons of batteries. So I got these usb C rechargeable ones. Such an upgrade. Sure, I paid much more for these. But I love them. We slapped 1 under each side of our bed (on the metal frame) at the dimmed setting so when we put our feet down the floor is lit up. We put some in the closet (magnetic to the underside of the wire shelving) and now when I move my dresses I can see the colors better. My daughter's closet is super dim so it worked wonders for her jeans which extend past the closet door where it's super dark. So yes, when I got them in hand, I though, I want more. Then I slowed myself down and thought I may not even use all of these. Then I used them all and still have ideas for more spots when I find a sale on these! I want to toss one in the trunk where our trunk light is pretty dim.If I could change one thing it'd be to have the sensor be able to point anywhere. I saw some like that and if these had that I'd totally toss then on top of the fridge, cabinets, etc so it can still go off with motion but isn't as blaringly bright.I mounted these lights in my closet. I like the motion detection and the light auto shuts off after about 30 seconds. It comes with a magnetic strip with an adhesive backing for mounting. I had no issue sticking the magnet to the inside of my closet and it has held for weeks now. This makes it easy to pull the lights out to recharge but I haven't had to recharge yet.The only downsides are that the lights could be a little brighter and the color is more cool than warm. Other than that, I would buy this item again.I love these sleek LED wireless lights. I bought them for my kitchen to go under my open shelving to illuminate the prep table as well as under cabinets to illuminate the stove top. They charge quickly and are really easy to install. The only complaint that I have is sometimes the settings don't work. I prefer to keep mine on the setting that is supposed to turn the light on with motion and turn off on it's own. Sometimes even though I set it it just stays on continuously. I bought a set of six so I tend to rotate until I find one that will do what I want it to do...These lights were recommended by my mom, love it so much that I placed an order twice. I have them spread through my house so when I get out of bed in the night, the hallways, and bathroom so I don't have to flick up my light switch and burn my eyes out at night. Great for the price, easy to install and works exactly as described but some did not stick.Ordered these to add light in our camper cabinets. Installed them in all the closet cabinets, pantry cabinets and under storage. Fast charging and very easy to install. As soon as you open the door they come on (blue setting) and give a bright light as needed. Will be ordering more.I use these for a particularly dark stairwell, and for inside my enclosed trailer, and they work very well for both uses.I love that you can switch between motion-activated-nighttime-only, motion-activated-regardless-ambient-light, and always-on.The adjustable brightness is nice, but not as large a range of variation as I expected. The brightness is great, but the minimum brightness is not as low as I had expected. I had thought I might use one as a night light in my children's very dark bedroom, but the lowest brightness level is too bright for that. So, it is great for my stairwell and my enclosed trailer, or any other spot in which you will be moving so that it will turn on automatically and then turn off automatically when you leave.Speaking of turning on when you're moving, the motion detection is definitely good, but sometimes it turns on a little later than I would've thought it would do. I don't consider this a major deficiency, just means there can be a slight delay sometimes before the light turns on. I'm not sure why that is. I assume it is due to the motion sensor in those instances not registering my movement as soon as I thought it might.I loved these so much I almost immediately bought another pack of 6, then realized that with the 6 I now have, I already have very satisfying lighting in all the dark places I needed to light up. So, if I moved somewhere that had more dark spots to light up, I would very happily buy more of these.After previously purchasing AA battery operated lights for our under-cabinet lighting, it was time to upgrade! These 30 LED under-cabinet lights, with motion sensors, rechargeable batteries and remote, were the best option. The motion detection provides localized lighting and lights will stay on as long as motion is detected. You can also use the remote to keep them on or have them on a timer. These are great for early morning waking up to lower lighting and night-time snacking. Each 6-pack came with 3 charging cables and these cables can be used with USB ports on a computer or a phone charger. Very happy, so far, with these lights.I installed one lights under the bathroom cabinet, but it's not as bright as I would like itAs above!
